John Niewiadomy is a freelance video editor located in San Diego, California. John started working in film and multimedia in the late 2000’s. He got his start editing public safety videos for the city of El Cajon. Soon after he was creating music video content for the latin music service company Misrolas. Most recently John worked on the animated pilot Mars Bar (2021). He was the editor on the feature films Demon Protocol (2018), Army Dog (2016), and A Sierra Nevada Gunfight (2013). The web series Universal Dead (2010), and The Crusader (2009).Over the years John has worked on projects large and small, and in many roles on and off the set, from Boom Operator to Producer. These experiences have given him the unique ability and the knowledge to help guide your project through all stages of production, from planning to final distribution.John has been a featured speaker on filmmaking and the postproduction process at local colleges, and the San Diego International Film Festival.
